CPU can't be idle in dual graphics
My laptop Sony VAIO has dual graphics Intel HD 4000 and Radeon HD 7600M (switchable) with Windows 10 (1809). It can play 3D games using HD 7600M properly.
I notice there is something strange in Task Manager, CPU can't be idle and the clock speed changes contiuously nearing max speed clock (2.5 GHz). If Windows is idle in 10 or 20 minutes, it will freeze.
If Radeon HD 7600M is disabled in Device Manager, CPU is able to be idle and the clock can be low 1.2GHz.
I thought there was a bug in HD 7600M driver that came from Windows Update, so I updated to the latest version from AMD website (either Catalyst or Crimson). Apparently the problem is still there.
I attached 3 screenshots of Task Manager below.
Please help me, how can I fix this problem?
Pic 1: CPU can't be idle (bad)

Pic 3: CPU can be idle (good)
Thanks
