How do I change screen brightness

    Win 10 ver 1803 Build 17134.441

Screen is way too bright for my eyes.
I tried but unable to find the tutorial on how to change screen brightness.
It's not in Power Options, nor in Action Center, nor anywhere from Settings.
Will someone please give me the link to it ?
    Thank you.

** Adding : It is my Intel Compute Stick c125 I am having this problem.**

Thank you, but I cannot apply the tutorial(s) to my Intel Compute Stick.

Options 1 to 7...…. no such option.
    Option 8...….. Powershell. It said " Get-WmiObject : not supported...…"

Tutorial 9...….. Ease of Access...… again, no such option.
Tutorial 10...….Mobility Center...……not found in my Intel Compute Stick.
I ran a Run command and It said......Windows Mobility Center is available only to laptops.

Does the monitor itself have a brightness setting you can adjust?

    Man! I feel so dumb.
I got hung up with "computer" and forgot the obvious!
Yes. There is setting on my monitor to adjust the brightness.
    Thank you.

It's always the simple things that sneak past us.
