    I went to NVidia to update drivers and it tells me I need java well java download keeps failing.
    I am running windows 10 and using windows explorer 11

    You do not need java to install drivers. If windows needs updated drivers, it will install from Windows updates.

    nVidia drivers don't require Java either. Are you downloading from official nVidia website?

    That's true but the autoscan page does.

    For me it then takes me to Java.com and downloads/installs fine. You do need to use Internet Explorer not Edge though.

Got a Java update yesterday and when attempting to us IE 11 the window flashed, glitched, and would not stabilize. So, I uninstalled Java entirely and now all is well again. What is with Java?
Tried installing a program and received an error message advising that JRE needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled from the off-line installer. I did this and then tried to install the program again, but received the same result ... 74879 I...

I am trying to uninstall Java 6 update. I have uninstalled it in programs and features, and in CCleaner, and although both say uninstall complete, it is still showing in program list. Any advice on how to remove it would be appreciated. Thanks
