Calibration Loader (WindowsColorSystem) not working anymore

Hello, I've disabled the Calibration Loader to launch at startup to preserve my custom color settings from the Nvidia control panel. I enabled it again but it won't start and the manual calibration from the settings panel is not working anymore. How can I fix this?

Maybe you need to enable it under nVidia's CP... Just a shot in the dark

The option to leave the color settings to other applications is already been selected and changing it to let Nvidia control the control scheme doesn't change anything

I am all out of ideas. Maybe completely uninstalling video drivers with DDU and reinstalling latest driver will work.

nVidia drivers 399.24 are out. Give them a shot.

Well. Is there any workaround for this?
