csrss and dwm processes High GPU Usage causing stutterings

Today a problem started randomly. My desktop is stuttering, Youtube, anything. But when i disable AMD Radeon display on Device Manager, it stopps the stuttering, i already tried to reinstall graphic drivers, but any version i install, keeps the stutterings. So the only option i have now, is to disable Vega 8 on Device Manager.Graphic Issues on Windows 10.-radeon.png

I found out this 2 proccess is using a lot of my GPU, probably causing the stutterings.Graphic Issues on Windows 10.-radeon-2.pngGraphic Issues on Windows 10.-radeon-2.png

I don't exactly know why this happens to you, but common causes of this are cryptomining virus, corrupt OS install or upgrade, VRM and voltage throttling, bad GPU/APU. I don't think bad os install is the issue since you're saying it happened randomly? Although if you have recieved any updates lately then that could be an explanation. Check your temps and voltages (you can use Speccy or HWmonitor) and scan your PC for viruses with malwarebytes.

This example backs up what @Faith said above. So do do that first.

    If clean:
    Today a problem started randomly.
Please have a look at your Update History. Is there anything there- including drivers at the bottom- that was updated just before this started happening?

Have you made any changes- installed anything- that might be responsible?

Do you have any System Restore points created before this started happening?
Or disk images? (I constantly urge users to use this routinely, as do many here - e.g. Macrium Reflect (free) + external storage for disk image sets)

    - a long thread- see if there's anything helpful there.

Sudden high GPU usage by client server runtime process makes huge fps - Microsoft Community
    - try a clean boot. Is there any change?

    Please someone help me
note forum rules say 'useless one liners' and thread bumping are not allowed. I can understand your enthusiasm to resolve this.

Glad that wasn't too much of a problem. However, note that you may now receive further updates, and if that resulted in the problem it could recur.

Make sure you start using disk imaging routinely so you can often avoid having to reinstall. E.g. Macrium Reflect (free) + large external disk for image sets.
