You can get USB Track pads for PC Perixx PERIPAD-501II Wired USB Touchpad - Multi-Touch Support for Windows 7, 8, 10 - Scrolling Feature - 86x75x13mm: Amazon.co.uk: Computers Accessories
Not really sure it would help with a shoulder problem though, have you considered going mouse left handed? Can be done with a bit of practice. I can use one either way.

Thanks clam1952 for the moment I am happy with the combination Anker Vertical Mouse + Victsing Touchpad keyboard. Yes I had thought about using the left hand - but now having the Anker Vertical Mouse = it is only for the right hand = so will see how it goes with these two (and exercises to get rid of the golfers Elbow = although not sure if this causes the shoulder problem or if this a different problem). Thanks to all!
