I am unable to get my display to turn off per the settings I have in Windows 10.
Setting now are:
High performance
PC sleep - never
Screen saver - 7 minutes
Turn off display - 20 minutes
Is there some factor that causes the display to stay on?
No card... graphics on MOBO. Latest Intel software.
Just a hunch here.....set your performance level to balance, reboot and see if that makes a difference.
Red light just went off........Turn off screensaver. Screen saver keeps the monitor active and it will never go to sleep mode.
Screensaver is OFF. Now the 'sleep' seems random. Sometimes it sleeps and others, not.
