When using everything search you can also look for files that may be related to the drivers:

    AMD
    atikmdag.sys
    atikmpag.sys

    Nvidia
    nvlddmkm.sys

Please post a beta log collector zip

That would be justified if you were an authorized middle man , but in your case (being one of the conflict parties) you may well forge registry entries , diagnostic txts , file traces and even photoshop screen shots of device manager . Question is , if this adds nothing then why the fuss ?

P.S try showing hidden devices in device manager > display adapters , earlier unplugged devices may still show only hidden over there .

Had you ever ran the DM log collector or the beta log collector?
    Had you ever saved msinfo32?
    Had you ever saved dxdiag?
    Download an install Everything:
    voidtools
This software will index everything on the drives attached to the computer (internal and external)
Look for AMD or Nvidia depending on which video card was installed.
    1) No
    2) No
    3) and No, i did not have voidtools installed at the time.
what exactly i m looking for in these logs?

Apparently the buyer decided to go radio silent after confronting him with some solid technical proof and requirements and i won the case.
