Setting a service to Manual is not a safe alternative to disabling it. This is only safe for services that by default are set to Manual start. A Manual start service can be started by the system or an application if it is needed. But that is by no means a guarantee it will happen. In many cases when an application fails because of a non running service the application doesn't know the cause.
I agree that there is a chance that a "manual" service will not start quickly enough or maybe at all and call a failure, But and it is an Important "but" it is far more likely to start than a disabled service. I only suggest the option I do as it's safer than the alternative from a system point of view - I would always recommend to leave all services at defaults, as I do in the main body of my post :)

MS recommends to disable services for various reasons, sometimes as a workaround, until a fix is found (update released), it also works as a prevention obviously, just disabling lanman services prevents tons of malware from working.

I have removed a lot of the list and updated my original post with the new code though.
If anyone see something there that MUST NOT be disabled, I will thank him for his advise :)
I do not see anything, that would affect network, but as for VPN, that depends, what are its requirements.
AllJoyn Router Service might be needed, also Performance Logs & Alerts, which starts on-demand by default.

For the record, I am running these at the moment. I have DHCP/nsi running, because Windows Firewall needs them.

    @omidsolo

Did you sort out which Service caused the difficulties with WiFi and VPN? Just curious which was the culprit.

Remains too aggressive (79) and at your own risk.

Defender's is not disabled, how do you get related patches? How would you know that you run the latest engine?

Are you getting Tuesday's patch(s) from the MS catalogue? All WU links are dead and driver's list is empty.

In this field, the stability barrier has been set since 3 decades by our West Coast cousin, you overwrite this reference (safe or tweak): No Integrity Violations.

    We NEVER touch the following:

    -WU*
    -Windows search
    -Windows Modules Installer

    -Windows Bio.*
    -Update Orchestrator Service*
    -Superfectch
    -SSDP
    -Software Protection

Sorry I forgot to say that my WIFI/VPN problem solved and J found and removed required services from being disabled.
I don't remember their names but my original post is updated with services that CAN be disabled on my PC and until now I didn't see a problem yet.
So I just need to know that according to my updated list in original post are there anything that I must not disable yet?
If something I mentioned there to be disabled and should not be, please let me know to remove it from list and enable it.
    Cheers :)

Can anyone drop us a "recent" list / script for disabling unnecessary services?
I'm just starting to pull my hair, over here!
