    RE : build 16299.98 .....Wonder if others can confirm what I noticed.


    In the previous build we encountered 2 issues described below :
    1. Login twice before can access to computer
    2. on a restart Fall Creators Update reopens apps from before

    Seems to me, such 2 issues no longer exist in this current build 16299.98
    I wonder if anyone will concur.
