How to disable Capslock and Numlock indicators Windows 10

I just got a new Lenovo Ideapad running Windows 10. All things considered it's a fine operating system, and I'm having only minor, fixable problems. Except for this.

These indicators are giant and distracting to the most annoying possible degree. I have tried following other tutorials to get rid of this: going into Advanced Display Settings, only to find that it has been taken out of this version by the Microsoft Geniuses; Another thread mentioned Logitech Unifying Software, something I cannot even find; I've looked in the Ease of Access center and other keyboard and software related settings, all with no luck.

I just want these irritating indicators gone!

Again, there is no Advanced Display Settings in my settings. When I go into Display Adapter Properties, there is no Screen Configuration tab in the menu.

It is actually a OSG (On Screen Guide/HUD). It should be under Ease of access.

I have checked thoroughly in both the Control Panel and Settings Ease of Access panels and have come up with no change.

Any Lenovo software installed? What you are asking about, is a HUD type feature that is done by either Windows 10 installing the TSR needed, or you have the Lenovo software installed that is causing the HUD. At times it does help, especially in those cases when you hardly spend time looking at the keyboard or want to make sure that sound is not on and you may want to record the conversation.

(I have the exact same problem as the thread starter)
How am I supposed to remove it then? I don't understand what to do help

Name will vary, it should be something like Lenovo Hotkey Features.
You can uninstall it if it is listed in Control Panel - Programs and Features, or set the Lenovo Hotkey Client Loader (or similar name) service as Disabled in Computer Mgmt - Services, then restart. Backup your system first!

Or ask at Lenovo forum & specify the exact model of your Lenovo comp.
