Windows wont boot no matter what

Hello 2days ago i ran a disk check/repair or whatever its called, i had to restart my system to make the disk repair start. After i restarted the repair stucked at 25% so i restarted again to log into windows. When i logged into windows most of my files werent working (mostly files in c: disk),so i restarted again. After the last restart my windows couldnt boot and i was getting a blue screen with the error :ntfs_file_system and windload.exe is missing or corupted code error:0xc0000225. Everytime i try to boot my system it freezes at the win10 loading for 2s and then reboots itself.I tried every option advance boot gave me(safe mode, etc.) but still cant boot and restarts everytime. I cant get to other options like repair my system or open cmd,i tried everything i found in forums.I dont have a windows recovery/installation cd or something.I think the only way is to download windows iso on a usb and boot my system from there. So i wanted to ask you guys if there is a different way to fix that error? Sorry for any typing mistake, english is not my native language.

Please fill out the My Computer specs in your profile so we know what kind of computer and specs you have.
Chances are your HDD is failing. That is why Check Disk was run in the first place.
Your booting files may reside on Bad Sectors and the files have become corrupted.
Download Seatools and burn it to CD using IMGBurn or Seaflash all available in my signature. Boot off of the newly created media and run the Short and Long Diagnostic tests. If either test fails, the HDD needs to be replaced.

Sounds like a hard drive failure. I would make a bootable USB flash drive of Kyhi's recovery tools, boot the computer from that, and hopefully, you can still copy your data files from the insternal drive to a USB flash drive or external hard drive.

The way to make a bootable flash drive is easy, but you need a running Windows computer to do it. Insert the flash drive. Open a command prompt with administrator privileges. It's either Command Prompt (Admin) or "Run as Administrator" Command Prompt. Then:

    diskpart
    list disk
select disk # <-replace # with the actual number for the USB flash drive
clean <- this will erase the disk selected above, make sure it is the USB flash drive!
    create part pri
    format fs=fat32 quick
    active
    assign
    exit
    exit

Then mount the ISO file of Kyhi's recovery tools and copy all the files and folders from the mounted ISO file to the USB flash drive. It will be bootable in both legacy BIOS (or CSM compatibility) and UEFI modes.

After you have your data files copied over, then you can check the HDD for problems, and if it checks OK, you will need to reinstall Windows.

If you have important files on the drive then the Kyhi method may allow you to boot to save the files and check the drive. To check the drive you could use both HD Sentinel which will test health (SMART), and surface scan and Sea Tools which can test long generic. Most drives will boot but if the drive cannot boot then you may be able use a drive enclosure to move your files to a working computer.

The Windows 10 iso may allow you to boot the computer and use the windows advanced troubleshooting menu on the iso to fix the boot. This method though may fix the boot on a failing drive. So it is recommended first to use the Kyhi method to check the status of the drive.

If the drive is ok and just had file system corruption you may be able to repair and recover the files running administrative command prompt: chkdsk /x /f /r
