    I just uninstalled the most recent cumulative update (KB4512508) and it's working perfectly again. Hope this helps somebody.

    Have you tried to do a repair install? You can reinstall Windows without losing anything, all you have to do is mount the ISO image and then run the installer. If you don't already have an ISO image, you can create one with the media creation tool found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10

    Just make sure you download the same build you're currently using, and make sure to choose to "keep files and settings" during the installation process.

    no, 329, see changelog

    i confirm that broken shortcuts are gone but in the sandbox everything is crap, i can't do more tests as enabling that it brokes my vmware installation
