It was also mentioned somewhere (the link I dont find right now), that it jut should be fixed, but it still isnt under known issue list.

they stated this in the .329 changelog: "Updates an issue that may cause the name of an unsupported application to appear as default text, such as “ms-resource:AppName/Text” in the Start menu after upgrading the operating system. "
i already solved the AppName/Text last week with some trick found in this forum but the ms-resource:appdisplayname was still there
note: they wrote "such as" so i think they solved both issues

No. Sandbox is totally broken at this point, and it wont ever get fixed I guess, because there are just 10 people working at MS in the Windows 10 team.
