Try with this this Download Clear_Tiles_Cache.bat refreshes tile cache
You should also run Download Clear_Thumbnail_and_Icon_Cache.bat this.
If changes wont be seen, restart explorer, log off or restart computer.

Didnt help anything. It is not a tile, it is an entry in the app list.

I also tried "powershell" then type "Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}"

and deleting some cache file in app folder, didnt do anything.

Clearing live cache helped me Clear Live Tile Cache on Start in Windows 10

or Reset Start Layout in Windows 10

You have to run .bat as Administrator

I recently received 1903 Windows 10 Upgrade but this ms-resource:appDisplayName was still there when I opened Start menu so I went to Google to investigate the problem...
It's worked for me too. Thanks very much.

Many thanks @JoeKitty for pointing to a solution. For me, however, it falls under the heading of "too much work, why bother?" Nice to see, however, that "Where there's a will, there's a way!" I guess I lack the necessary will, but thanks again.

There is no solution here which worked, nothing posted here worked for me. MS is incompetent and Windows 10 is the worst Windows and a failure. Windows as a service has to be dropped, which indirectly was alreadly last weeks. Nutella fired too many people of the Windows team and just cares about cloud.
