Windows 10: New Folder

    New Folder


    I have lost the ability to make a new fold on desktop. When I click new folder I get <%3 NULL:Opt Text> What does this mean and what do I do to correct and get the ability to create a new desktop folder

    Hi, problems with this will hopefully be resolved with a quick search for e.g. (- yes yours is broken rather than missing...)
