...please do the inactive title bar as well, if you think it is good idea to restore the original. The incative title bar text/background originally is black and white, and here they are changed to back/gray. -- Windows 10 is really unbelievably pesky. When I wanted to use my Windows 8 themes their ligh gray color was changed to light blue. I found it totally insane idea to design an operating system that does not follow your command. -- Anyway, thanks a lot.
Did you look at my post #59?
Try turn on Show color on Start, taskbar, and action center and titlebar.
    It should work.
If it doesn't let me know.

    It does not work

With some color it is ok, so if the title bar color is dark the characters are white. With others it does not work. See the last color on the third row of the color palette. Dark bluish gray background and the text is black. And as I mentioned the background title bar color is changed from white to gray as well.

Here you go, but there is no way to change the inactive titlebar text color, I checked with the experts that know customizing extremely well.

You will need to replace the No_Line_1511.msstyles with the 1 in the zip folder below at C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\aero\aerolite.msstyles\ No_Line_1511 theme folder.

this theme with my win10.anivesary.1607 made frezzed my pc, all icons disappeared in my desktop, i enter in secure mode and the problem was the same. i had to restore the system because it was not able to enter and repair it, and I lost all my configuration and tuning.
I do not understand what happened,
    what I did wrong?
if I followed the steps verbatim.
