Thank you for quick response. Already tried and it works. For the moment, we should ignore this update.
To uninstall, go to Windows Update > Update History > Uninstall Updates > and you should find this update in the bottom section. Click it and Uninstall option will appear in Status bar.
For Windows 10 64 bit is KB4048958.
For Windows 8.1 64 bit is KB4048954.
For other Windows versions are other KB's, but all are 2017-11 Security Monthly Quality Rollup .
In windows 8.1, I'm able to hide this update (2017-11 Security Monthly Quality Rollup ), but in Windows 10 it's not any easy options to prevent installing a specific update.
Hi guys..
Windows 10 users can solve this problem by updates to latest update...check for new update in settings...
I'm having the same issue too after the windows update on my Windows 7 in my office. I'm not sure which update causing the issue but I uninstalled KB4048957 and KB2952664 which updated on 15/11/2017 or 16/11/2017 mostly the November system updates and my dot matrix printer Epson LQ590 printing issue fixed and resolved!

Not appearing yet in my PC. But I think this bug will get fixed faster, judging by your update.
Meanwhile, my PC is updating the broken update again. But my office already closed, tomorrow morning the next update might be ready.
If not, I'll delete the update again to continue my work tomorrow.
