Disable Data Logging

Is there a 100% way to do this yet? I see like 10 guides online. Which one is the right one or does the job fully?

This shows how to delete 2 services.

If you prefer to just disable them, go to services.msc and look for Diagnostics Tracking Service and dmwappushsvc and disable them.

I ran across this fix already. But is that it? Is it that simple?

Well, I don't see the services deleted. Maybe I didn't run it with Admin option.
BUT if I disable the services, I find them set to manual later. Not good!

I did almost all the steps of [GUIDE] How to disable data logging in W10. : Windows10

except I pressed Express setting during installation. Is there any additional configuration I need to do because of that ?
