Which language is this at Advanced Startup boot & why?

when im trying to Advanced startup menu it's showing another language ..
firstly showed preparing automatic repair in english then suddenly changed another langauge not only "preparing automatic repair"
All are changed another langauge in Advanced startup settings. why? is it reason because of windows 10 update?

PS: i got "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

Either Russian, or one of the other Slavic languages, odd

@Kari is our house expert with multi language systems, and language packs(as he speaks so many different languages), now that I mentioned tagged him here, maybe he will pop in and have an idea what's going on.

Absolutely no idea about the language in this case, my guess is either Russian or Bulgarian.

    Sorry, I misunderstood.

Anyway, my answer will remain the same: not a faintest clue! System language can different than user's display language but in that case it would be shown as installed language.

You might want to explain your sysprep trick, like you did me, after which the OP can do a repair install in the wanted language, to get rid of all the left overs. I went from German to US English that way.
