    Hi DjDiabolik.

What were you doing just before this started. Did you install any hardware, software or were you updating Windows with say the Fall Creators Update?

Reluctant to say what to do until we understand what lead to this. The is Advance Startup Options that may allow you to trouble shoot.

Please tell us a little more on how this started.

I don't know because it's not a my daily pc...... it's a my friends pc and it's ask to me a little supports :)
I don't thinks it's a new hardware installation because this my friends it's not skilled about this :) I thinks possibly windows trouble or somethigs similar....

Meanwhile yestarday night i have created a installation pendrive.......... i have try to use it for restore but never append. Right now i have directly re-installed windows used this pendrive and selected the same partition from wizard (and obtain a windows.old folder) and apparently all it's back to work.
I stay eventually to copyed right now all possibly old file to this newest installation....... at this point i thinks it's the best solution i can choose.
If i obtain some problems be back here to inform you :)
meanwhile thank you for your interest...
