Start with the steps in post #84 and post images into the thread.
Were you able to open the computer's windows advanced troubleshooting menu?
Were you able to open the windows 10 iso windows advanced troubleshooting menu?
In diskpart type: list disk
then list volume
see prior post.
Within the windows advanced troubleshooting menu have you tried:
1) system restore
2) startup repair
3) startup options > #6 safe mode with command prompt
4) reset save files
Follow the steps in post #83 and post images of the progress
