To attempt to fix the drive there are multiple options:
    1) The computer's windows advanced troubleshooting menu
    2) Windows 10 iso advanced troubleshooting menu (this will require a working USB3 or USB2 port or possibly an optical drive)
    3) Drive recovery disk (this will require a working USB3 or USB2 port or possibly an optical drive)
    4) moving the drive to another computer

The most options are with the computer's windows advanced troubleshooting menu.

How many USB3 and USB2 ports are there and can you find 1 working port?
OK, USB ports and keyboard problem fixed. Ready to proceed

I went into DISKPART and typed "Disk 0". Is this what I should have on my screen?

Were you able to open the computer's windows advanced troubleshooting menu?
Were you able to open the windows 10 iso windows advanced troubleshooting menu?

    In diskpart type: list disk
    then list volume
    see prior post.

Within the windows advanced troubleshooting menu have you tried:
    1) system restore
    2) startup repair
    3) startup options > #6 safe mode with command prompt
    4) reset save files

Yes. None of them solve the problem. All safe mode attempts end up with a black screen of death
