Okay. I will check. Is there an easier way to add this to the desktop, lock screen, or start menu? That would be a more convenient way instead of going through the Command Prompt to do it.

@Brink: The beep is still there. It doesn't do it if it hasn't been on for long and I click sign out and then click shut down. Any one know what it could be?

Check you BIOS settings to see if you may have a "Boot Beep" or similar type setting in one of the menus (ex: "Boot"). If you do, make sure it's set to "Disabled".

@Brink: I didn’t see anything regarding a Boot Beep. I saw Quiet Boot and it was already enabled. I have posted a thread over at the Acer community to see if they can figure out what the problem is. Everything has tested out okay. We will never buy another Acer. The next PC for my mom will be an HP like I’ve got or a Dell like my grandmother has. The beep isn’t annoying, but it makes me think that something is wrong with the computer.

Since everything works fine, I'm sure it's gotta be some simple setting we're overlooking somewhere.

Jesse Williams, are you sure that you have exactly AMI BIOS? Because some vendors can flash own firmware.
And OS can't affect bios at all. You can disconnect disk drive with system installed and PC will still start. I think you just need some PC diagnostics. If you don't know how to do that, just call for specialist.

Little advise: pre-built PCs is totally overpriced and have cr*p hardware inside. I recommend to make your own manual build. (Or if you not enough competent, just select components and ask someone to build it together.)

You have to realise that the beeps you hear During a BIOS start-up sequence are different depending on the status of the start-up ...

With an AMI Bios, (or variants modified by OEMs), if all is well and the BIOS starts up without any issues it will give a single Short beep and then start the Operating System.
If there is a problem with the installed ram then the BIOS will Issue a Single Short Beep and Freeze the system, or stop with an error message on the screen ( this is the same exact beep as the one for a successful BIOS Boot), and you will need to use Ctrl-Alt-Del to restart the system, Other faults will generate different beep patterns and messages.

I have listened to your sound file, on the other thread, and it sounds to be exactly like the Beep I hear everytime I start my Acer Desktop, HP Laptop and Custom Build Main System

I agree that the fact that this beep sound may not have been audible prior to the installation of FCU and that is something that may be related to the new update, ( one of the BIOS options like Fast Start that windows prefers by default maybe?), but if the system is starting up well and not freezing or showing errors then I would not worry about it.

If you switch off Quiet Boot,and / or Quick Boot, ( and possibly the Show LOGO option in the bios), you should see a scrolling list of messages during the boot Includes Bios and Pre GUI Windows - If you see no error messages during this I would suggest that your system is booting correctly and safely.

I’m pretty sure it has an American Megatrends BIOS. Who should I call?
