on a restart Fall Creators Update reopens apps from before

    I had a mixture of desktop and UWP apps opened when tested. Nothing was opened after a restart for me.

    Just to be clear, do you mean your apps (such as IE) reopen after a restart? Or do you mean the same as Brink, they don't?

    Programs are reopened after a reboot regardless of the language. Maybe this can be turned off in gpedit.msc?

    I think it is only browsers that are the issue.

    Try opening a chrone browser say, reboot and wait 30 seconds or so.
      My Computer
