    So what was the solution to this, I somehow totally disabled in on the previous build, more easily than was outlined here, but I can't remember how. I have to do a lot of repairs to my system since I just upgraded to 1803. Frankly it's upsetting that I still need to manually add things like copyto/move to to the context menu, remap my audio outputs, and disable this feature again.

    Edit, nevermind I got it via an option from reading. Sorry for bumping the thread. It's still dumb though.
