It was a shot in the dark. Hope it's not an error beep. Sometimes they beep when they don't know what else to do.
I know that, and I thank you for helping me with that @f14tomcat. @Bree has posted my thread from where I have been troubleshooting the problem with others on here to find out what it is. Bree thinks it's a normal POST beep from the BIOS that everything is okay with it. But the thing is, why didn't it do that before the Fall update? Very strange. I am in the dark with Acer support. They don't support the computer anymore, as it's out of warranty and I would have to pay a lot to have it looked at by them. They only supported the computer for the first version of Windows 10, which I think is silly. I mean... if you are going to support Windows 10, then you need to support it for future updates. That's how Acer is. They end support for the products early. I guess that's why they call it a throw away computer.

I honestly donít think itís system sound issue. I honestly think itís the BIOS. Because when the computer boots, the computer is not even to the welcome screen or lock screen yet. It beeps when I press the power button to start it up.

If you have system speaker and hear one short beep at startup, this is the POST sound. Windows can't affect BIOS at all, I suppose that may be coincidence.
And beep mean depends on BIOS vendor. You can look for the codes here: Computer POST and beep codes

To me, it sounds like one short beep. That beep for the installed BIOS is DRAM Refresh Failure.

Well, yes. Except for those times that you have a rouge program that refuses to shut down and is doing something ugly. (And no, I don't mean malware. I meant something that just wasn't programmed as well as I should have been.) I've had a few occasions where I've shut down specifically to get rid of such a program (followed shortly by an uninstall). And at least once the "shutdown" had to be a forced power off. The last thing I want in that case is for the program to restart automatically.
