Looping sound on videos after OS reinstall

    Hi all,
I`ve used long time 8.1. Time comes to renew with 10. Everything is fine but when play movies with Gom player movie stops and start sound looping. I`ve this problem with initial drivers, have it with actual drivers, have it also with or without K-lite Mega pack. At least little decision is to use VLC player, there is no looping but little bit intterrupting of picture time to time for some miliseconds. We know that VLC work with own decoding but it`s insane with any other player.
If I remember right not everytime saw LAV icons next to clock icon on taskbar. But I`m really not sure what happens...Last Windows with such ridicilous problem.
I`m sure I`m not first with this problem but let`s make myself last one. :)

You have a pretty lightweight laptop that is going to have issues. Adding Codec's, trying different utilities for videos is going to be problems. If you are streaming these from online, decrease your resolution. If you still have issues, then you are looking at your network connection for the Internet being an issue. VLC can be tweaked to allow it to better stream by adjusting frame rate and such.

Well, just forgot to explain more.
I`ve played before Full HD on 8.1 without any problem. So hardware it`s fine. But with 10 have this problems. Tried with codecs, different players but still have some problem - if not loop will interrupt whole play.
I guess must check or uncheck some option but don`t know which one...Thought with LAV icons will have better performance but didn`t change anything. Wondering about hardware decoding?
Current problem is with downloaded MKV files.

You do not need to explain any further. If it is not working, troubleshoot with DxDIAG. If still not working, then roll back to before it started. Adding Codecs or trying different programs is going to cause problems and your only solution is to restore. If no backup, you will have to do a inplace repair.

"Wondering about hardware decoding" Your Intel GPU does not support Intel Quick Sync (= en-/decoding AV).

Well, DxDiag said no founded problems on main window, few errors in log file.
I still can`t imagine how work perfect on 8.1 and after few preinstaled other version still have problem in 10.

If it had Windows 8 on it, you did not do a clean install with Windows 10, there are going to be problems.

Thank you but every time of preinstall in my life make it always clear - format and new installation.

Well, two or three weeks ago looks that found solution.
Ridiculous but...There was cyclic redundacy error on a lot of files. May be when download them something was going wrong. After new download everything is excellent!
