    exception 0xc0000409

I kinda don't want to do a repair install, just because I would need to be at the customers place, which is a funeral home. I don't want this to be down long. For the exception 0xc0000409, it occurs when trying to open/print PDFs. Is there another way to fix this without going through this process? I know it's not a difficult one, I just don't really want to spend the time doing it.

Might be worth trying the update repair troubleshooter. There's a more powerful version than the built-in one available by download from MS: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...troubleshooter. If that doesn't work, try the Win10 Tutorial: Reset Windows Update in Windows 10 Windows Update Activation Tutorials .

I hope I can get a quick response, but I did the reset and everything on the updates. I still get the c0000005 exception. I am working with a customer of ours, and he gets the error when he tries to email pictures from the folder they are contained in. He says he has been using this option for years, but it just started giving him the error a few days ago. I have tried everything I have seen online to fix this problem. If I could get some help/recommendations, that would help out greatly. Thank you in advance.
