I want to perform a Repair Install and would like to use the latest version of Windows 10 Professional 64 bit.

You can download the latest version of Windows 10 from Microsoft using the appropriate option in the tutorial below. If you're not an Insider, then you would want to use option 1 for Pro edition.

Yeah, the ISO will only be for the latest version. You'll still need to check for and install any updates released since the ISO was released.
It'll be about as close as one can get.

Thanks, Brink! I want to put it on an 8GB flash drive so I can boot from it. Also, will Redburn 3 include Redburn 2 - or will it be a new OS?

Guess that's wrong. I read about a redxxxxxx 2 and a redxxxxxx 3. They are windows 10 versions (I think).

Redstone 2 (RS2) is Windows 10 Creators Update, and Redstone 3 (RS3) is Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.
These are code names for separate releases of Windows 10.
