    You appear to be having trouble posting a new screenshot.

    I'm going to assume that in the screenshot you were trying to post powercfg -a now says that hibernate is available. If so, you can now test that hibernation works.

    If you don't see Hibernate on your Start menu's power button, this tutorial can help.

    Mobile1, when did this issue start? If recent and you have System restore enabled, (and you have a recent restore point) you could try a system restore.

    Would be interested as to when this started?

    That command re-instated hibernation. If you type powercfg -a

    you confirm.

    In post #22 of this thread I asked a couple of questions.
