Try disabling system protection completely and reboot then check it again with TreeSize.

That should delete all restore points and you have 12GB there - mostly from Store apps it seems.

If you want you can enable system protection again after (and set some limit with the slider in the picture above) and then create a new one.
This is not working as it is showing only 500 mb occupied. i tried deleting but its not freeing that 12 GB space

You really need to supply more info e.g. error messages, screen dumps etc.

Try safe mode, or using a live linux drive etc.

    There is no error message.
Manually I cant access sytem volume.
By CCcleaner, Disk cleaner, clean manager or by deleting system restore point i am not getting to to delete this specific system restore file. They are all deleting every other file except this 11.5 gb restore files.

Using treesize when i right click on the specif folder and delete, it is showing deleting file and moving it to recycle bin. But when i check recycle bin there is no file, the size of c drive has not increased and again when i running treesize it is showing same 11.5 gb space.

It is probably due to unaccesibility of system volume folder.

Now using third party apps, i can give access to my self and delete the folders (if i can). But i am scared that it shoudn't corrupt my system.

    Any thoughts?

Just do a clean install of Windows 10 and also fix the problem you were trying to fix by doing the restore?

The problem i was trying to fix using system restore got fixed some other way. I don't want to do clean install of windows
I tried app called take ownership and gave myself access to the folder but then when went and tried to open the system volume folder, It showed messaged that i dont have access to folder.

Probably i will go on with this decrease space for now being.
