    spooky notifications


    Edge froze so I used the task manager to end the process.

    ... then ... received a notification asking me why I used the task manager to close a program.

    ... then received this

    How is this happening?
    Microsoft is monitoring everything?

    That would be a notification from the Feedback Hub app asking you to send feedback to Microsoft about the issue you just had.
