    windows 10 no advanced-startup-options, so no startup settings


    i wonder why theres only shut down option as you see on photo
    and later i tried bootable usb, i could get some option by this way but it couldnt repair,

    i cant get startup settings and i feel only 1 person in the world that have that problem and nobody can solve!!!

    Yes there is only turn off your pc option, no other advanced startup settings options.

    İn the thread you linked it says "You will only be able to do a repair install of Windows 10 from within Windows 10. You will not be able to do a repair install at boot or in Safe Mode." so will that method solve the problem?

    What problems are you experiencing with the computer that you are attempting to repair?
    Do you know the status of the drive?

    The windows advanced troubleshooting has many of the same repair options as a bootable windows 10 iso.
    The bootable windows iso does not have startup options or reset save files.

    Find a flash drive that you can format.
    Make a bootable Windows 10 iso:
    Download Windows 10



    Please update the "My Computer" section with the computer specifications:

    Maybe i will need Disable driver signature enforcement option in the future, but as you see i got only turn off your pc option, i need other advanced and startup options and i wonder why this problem happened and want to solve it

    Enable or Disable F8 Advanced Boot Options in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

    Also, click on the start icon, then hold down the shift key and click on restart from the power icon.

    İ tried shift key method before, couldnt help, only turn off pc option again,

    tried F8, i see a black screen in a very short time and the pc keeps on turning on
