    Welcome to TenForums @feelulive

Translated to English, Google says that is 'close your personal computer'

An in-place repair install may solve this for you. See this tutorial.

    Hi thanks,
Yes there is only turn off your pc option, no other advanced startup settings options.

İn the thread you linked it says "You will only be able to do a repair install of Windows 10 from within Windows 10. You will not be able to do a repair install at boot or in Safe Mode." so will that method solve the problem?

    windows 10 professional version 1607 build 14393.969 64 bit

What problems are you experiencing with the computer that you are attempting to repair?
Do you know the status of the drive?

The windows advanced troubleshooting has many of the same repair options as a bootable windows 10 iso.
The bootable windows iso does not have startup options or reset save files.

Find a flash drive that you can format.
Make a bootable Windows 10 iso:
    Download Windows 10
