Your current Windows 10 installation itself is broken. If it was just not linked to a recovery partition you would see this:

    Code:
    Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.15063]
    (c) 2017 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\Windows\system32>reagentc /info
Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE) and system reset configuration
    Information:

        Windows RE status: Disabled
        Windows RE location:
Boot Configuration Data (BCD) identifier: 5c538c41-3716-11e7-b334-d8cb8a71f683
        Recovery image location:
        Recovery image index: 0
        Custom image location:
        Custom image index: 0

    REAGENTC.EXE: Operation Successful.
You can try to repair your current Windows installation and see if you can at least get the above result:
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials

If that doesn't work, then you are just going to have to settle with starting over with a clean install and not copying your broken Windows 10 over it.
Clean install or in place upgrade i tried all, i think motherboard or graphic card drivers causes that, cause before installing them no problem

If you can boot to it then run 8 or more passes to rule in /rule out RAM /DIMM /Motherboard problems.

    2) Ubuntu or Linux
