Icons seems to have a shadow

I'm running Windows 10, and I seem to have a problem that I noticed this morning. My icons, mouse pointer, and as I'm typing this post, even my text, for reason have a shadow to them(See image).

I disabled transparency, and I went to advanced settings > system properties > Performance > settings and selected Adjust for best performance (No transparency selected). Not sure what else to do. I restarted my monitor to normal settings(I thought it was monitor, because I checked the admin account and the effect is still there).

Problem is, I have none of these checked, as a matter of fact, on this very dialog box, no options are selected.

At first I could not see any shadow but on magnifying your clip I could see a very small one. My desktop is the same. In my comp. both the encircled settings are also off. Perhaps Windows displays a tiny shadow by default, unchangable.

With those options unchecked, with the Creator's build I see

Dalchina: How to get to these options please? I got to them once using a search term (I forget what) (I am on current Creators.) I tried other search terms under "Control Panels" and also looked at all the many CP titles but no luck

It is annoying the way Microsoft changes the titles of help files like these from time to time.

Perhaps the easiest way might be to type
    Advanced System
    in Cortana's search bar

    &
    System
gets you 1 step before that

That's quite true, if you know that's what it is. That's why I put the step-by-step.
