windows 10 doesn't use the startup folder

change entries for startup to

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

I did it for both keys, but shell:startup does not work ("can't find" error)
@Bree solution: chkdsk C: /f (scan error) didn't work

you need to delete the startup folder and creating a new one **using cmd (as admin)**
