    Hello,
Recently on starting my pc, I get this strange notice, please see attached screenshot, do not know what it means.
And second, some programs, when I click on 'Help' either not responding or get a similar notice as attached here.

Try re-registering the default associations for .html, option two in this tutorial.

    Hello,
    Thanks for the answer.
Used the .reg file to open the html files. Since my default browser is Google Chrome, some programs which used to open 'help' in Chrome refused to open (not even in Edge), some others used to open Edge, refused to open (I guess because it is not the default browser), and some did not open help at all, I do not know why.
To repair those who "like" Chrome, I just changed it to open html with Chrome.
    Thanks
    Motim
