You're almost there: open Users, your user name, the AppData folder. the Local folder, the Temp folder.

Is this where the file is?Attachment 153899
Hi moggie. No problem, if your Temp files would be here, it would be full of them.

About cleaning Temp files... no need to delete them manually. Run Disk cleanup
YOu can Right click on Start, type Cleanup and Click on Disk cleanup

Select C: drive and in the next window all that you want to clear...

Sorry about that. It appeared to me from prior screenshots, that Show hidden files, folders and drives was turned on as some folders were opaque and that feature was need to follow that procedure.

I was just trying to follow through on using the path you needed to get the Temp folder but AndreTen's recommendation to use Disk Cleanup does the job. In fact, Disk Cleanup is part of my monthly maintenance at the end of the month.

Thanks AndreTen and everyone - everything now completed and solved!

Yes I use Cleaner and do regularly clean 'C' temp files

I have learned some useful lessons over the last few weeks.
