I've signed into my MS account on the app though.
Is it because I'm not on an insider build as I did notice the word Insider when clicking the link
Same for me, says I don't have access to this feedback
What exactly is your concern in this case? These messages are listed as "Informational events" and indicate successful updates. They are positive in nature. They are not indications of any problems. So, no wonder your system is running fine.
Every time I see a blue circle with an "i' in it in my Reliability History, I get similar messages.
There are a couple of tools out there that allow you to remove (Hide) all apps if you do not use them. It would have been nice if Microsoft asked first, instead of loading up a bunch of apps that those of us that do business work, do not need them.
I did search for related feedback regarding the unknown updates and voted on this:
Since 8/15/17, some application updates in the Reliability Monitor show up only as "Application:XXX...-Submission:XXX..." with no name attached. This is new behavior and seems to be only Microsoft Store related apps, such as Sway, Skype, Buy Movies & TV. Googling the application codes is the only way to discover the names. Since the previous updates would list the application names, I'm sure this isn't desired behavior. I know I, for one, would like to know exactly what app was updated.
Is that yours?
No - my feedback report is below:
App update are reported with a gobbledygook incorrect title in Reliability History
Some app updates are reported in Reliability History since mid August with an incorrect title. For instance the Store app was updated but this had the title 9wzdncrfjbmp instead of Store. See this thread on Tenforums Windows 10 Forums. This problem is probably due to poor QA and needs sorting out very soon.
