...SO have you gotten to BIOS yet?

Try hammering DEL-key, F1-key and F2-key. Try each key separately 3-5 times in a row after you selected reboot in Windows.

Hit DEL to enter SETUP! It clearly says that.

If you want to go to Boot Menu to override boot device a single time then press F11

This blog from AMI should be relevant to your system.

Your screenshot shows '...DEL to run Setup'. Sometimes the 'windows of opportunity' can be very short. Try hitting DEL repeatedly, starting before you see that screen.

You're not using a wireless keyboard are you? If so, it may not work until the OS has booted. Try with a wired keyboard if possible.

    Exactly as Bree says!

Most likely you need a PS/2 wired keyboard! USB might NOT work, as you can also see that USB controllers are initialized during POST/BOOT...

Yes, the screenshot clearly says 'initializing USB controllers . .' if it then goes on to say a few more things before booting there's an outside chance a USB keyboard may work in the brief time available. Otherwise a PS/2 keyboard would be the only option.
