Can't Access 'Change Folder and Search Option' Operation Restricted

I can't access to Change folder option in Windows 10 File Explorer.
Gives Error : “This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.”

It is possible that an administrator account on the PC has adjusted the group policy so that this item can't be accessed.

If you are an administrator then you can view the group policy editor and see if it has been changed:

Folder Options - Enable or Disable in Windows 8
