    I wait 1 hour and 45 minutes ? Something like that. Final size is : 3.55GB

    I have found one thing kind of strange, the Nvidia driver was installed but without Nvidia Control Panel.

    64 bit and OEM Windows 8.1 with Bing but if i look at C Microsoft dont remove old win. See pic:

    So, you mean that you have not waited to upgrade via the icon in the Taskbar but you have downloaded the ISO again and performed a clean installation?
