    Left my laptop running last night, when i checked in the morning c:/$$windows bt folder is about 3 gb.
    When i restarted it is installing some update for about 40 min.
    Looks like its stuck.
    Any thoughts?

    Some update in Windows update or?

    In any case I'd just wait, supposing the launch is at 12 am PDT as Win 8 was, we only have about 2 more hours.

    Looks like some windows update, but unusual. Usually windows shows a different sign in power button if any update is to be installed.

    Stuck for almost an hour.
    What should i do? Hard shutdown?

    edit: just rebooted and voila $Windows.~BT folder has gone from 3 GB to 5.83 GB.

    Edited: Upgrade went well, although seemed to take a little longer than preview builds.
    Besides "winver" which just says build 10240 not sure how to verify that this is the release build.
