I can't find a site for windows support except the one with the automatic answer. Which is barely functional and will not recognize a case number. Help!
You'll have far better results asking your question here. No one, outside of large Enterprise organizations, goes to Microsoft directly for support.
Besides, it's free here.
If you go thru the virtual assistant https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ and keep typing the words Phone Call, it will eventually allow you to schedule a phone call. Give the agent that you speak to your Case #.

Thanks much. I finally did contact them by phone (800 642 7676) and after a while concluded that HP is blaming MS and MS is blaming HP -- but that's a different story. My Win10 does not have dvr burner - Windows 10 Forums.
