Msconfig is turning off non-Microsoft services on boot. So you should be able to turn on any non-Microsoft service when you need it rather than turning on so many items with the boot. It should reduce the task manager % numbers and if there are any conflicting non-Microsoft services it should become apparent with the changes from normal boot to clean boot. Many people end up using something between normal boot and clean boot, also called selective boot so they end up with the most effective boot for just the non-Microsoft services that are almost always used.

For the system specs please complete the section similar to this: https://www.tenforums.com/profile.php?do=extra
This way anyone viewing the thread can click on "my computer" and view all of the pertinent information. Also in addition to the line entries please indicate the age of the hardware and when it was last cleaned of dust.

Please download and install one of these temperature monitoring applications:

    Speecy, HW monitor, Speed fan:

Speccy - Free Download - Piriform: Speccy - System Information - Free Download

HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID: HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID

SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer: SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

Please post information on temperatures of CPU and GPU when the system is in use.

The zip is easily posted and re-posted after a bsod or notable event. If there is information in the logs it will be automatically updated. So start with a baseline and then update after an event.

The DM inspector tool does not appear to be working correctly, but I'll post it anyway just in case:
    The zip file:
    _zipIt.vbs

    And a temp file:

    temp.txt
