Windows 10 Stuck at login screen

As said in the title, my windows 10 is stuck at the login screen

Couldn't Hold shift and Restart because for some reason i don't have the shutdown button

It's nearly impossible to interact with the login screen, mouse moves but things don't get highlighted and no matter what you write it hever shows up.

    Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried pressing ctrl, alt delete at the same time? Sometimes that will bring the login screen up or just pressing enter will also do that.

Some other things to check: Is your keyboard functioning? Can you access the onscreen keyboard? Can you post a photo of the screen? Have you tried restarting your router? - some experiencing the same problem discovered their router was at fault.
Make sure any USB devices - especially external hard-drives are removed when booting to see if they're causing the problem.

Hello, thanks for your help i somehow got it working

Everything was off, the laptop wasn't on charger both routers were off nothing was plugged in i restarted the laptop got the blue screen and quickly wrote the password and it worked

Did some safe mode repairs and startup repairs and it's working good now.
