tried deleting somewhat named "..."cache.db already. didnt help after restart

Hi Arakhis. Welcome to the TenForums @Arakhis
If you hover over them, certainly the ones with blue lines under them what app does it say it is.
There appears to be one between Chrome and the invisible but active one to its right.
Since you are not starting them have you audited your Start Up tab in Task Manager?
What are you running for an AV? Have you employed a second one for an alternate scan?

fixed it by deleting all files in %TEMP% can close ty tho
