There isn't much info to go on. It could be overheating - whats going on when it locks up. Or it could be a bad drive - check the SMART data. A good thing would be to check the windows log files.

When it locks up, everything just stop responding,my CPU temp is usually at 60C when I am gaming, downloaded the SMART checker thing, to check my SSD and HDD..How can I check/post my windows log files?

[edit] SMART says the drives are Good, not 100% sure what I should look for other than the good on it

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste these commands:
    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    3) chkdsk /scan

    4) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on copy > paste into the thread

    5) msconfig (in the pop up system configuration > move the dot from normal startup to selective startup > uncheck load startup items > click service tab > in left lower corner check hide all Microsoft services > in the lower right side click disable all > click apply or ok > do not reboot)

    6) taskmgr (in the pop up task manager > click on the start up tab > click on status so that the column sorts with enable rising to the top > right click on each row with enable and change to disable)

    7) shutdown /r (you will reboot the computer so that it is in clean boot)

Evaluate the performance on your computer in clean boot during typical use.
Are the boots faster or slower?
Are the shutdowns faster or slower?
How has the audio video performance changed? Is it better, worse, or the same?
Continue using clean boot indefinitely to monitor performance.

    8) type control in the left lower corner search > click on control panel > click on large or small icons > click on troubleshooting > on the left pane click on view all > run the following windows troubleshooters:
    Hardware and Devices
    Video Playback
For each troubleshooter make sure that advanced is clicked to apply repairs automatically.
For each troubleshooter click on view detailed information.
Report any problems with images that were fixed or not fixed.

I use crystaldiskinfo to lookup the SMART info. The useful SMART attributes are things like reallocated sector count, reallocation event count. Ideally they should be 0.

Are you only experiencing lockups mostly during gaming?

Edit-- ok you title says "locking up at random times".

    prime95
GIMPS - Free Prime95 software downloads - PrimeNet
    Ram testing
    PassMark MemTest86 - Version History
    GPU test
    UNIGINE Benchmarks
I prefer Heaven because its a small download and takes much less space compared to 4Gb+ for other stress testing programs.

If you did not make any prior modifications of the system configuration view all of the services boxes and see if there is one that was unchecked. If not continue with the steps and we can come back to that at a later time. It may take an in place upgrade repair to fix it without knowing the underlying cause.
